2010 Fall Festival WE NEED YOU! WE NEED YOU! To make this wonderful event a reality, we need volunteers! With preliminary
plans in place, now is the time for you to step up and volunteer for one of the
many important jobs that are needed. Volunteers and new faces are always
welcomed and greatly appreciated. Please consider offering your skills and
talents to our festival's wide variety of needs. Help to get the word out!
Volunteers are needed in the weeks prior to the Festival to work with
distributing flyers and Festival posters around town. Special Request: Do you have a truck and time to get around town? People are needed to put up Festival signs, and take them down again when the Festival is over. Some work is done prior to the event and the final work is completed at the close of the Festival. If you have a trade or skill such as an electrician, plumber, painter, carpenter, sign maker or have a company, or contact with a company, who would be willing to help make games, signs, etc. please contact Tony Mazzella through the church office. We would welcome your help.

 Ride Tickets:
Purchase the amusement ride tickets before festival and save
$10.00. The ride tickets will cost $20.00 if tickets are bought individually at
the festival, but if paid for in advance, you will only pay $10.00 per sheet.
This is a great savings and can be taken advantage of by all. Tickets will be on
sale in the Narthex of the church and at the church office and will be sent home
to all school families. Wrist Band Night(s): Purchase a wristband at the Festival and ride all night Wednesday or Thursday for $20.00 ($15.00 with coupon, a savings of $5.00). Coupons will be available in the Narthex of the church or in many stores around town. Donations are needed. Perhaps your family could sponsor a gift basket,
or donate items. Ideas include like new stuffed animals, wine, “Try Your Luck” items (i.e., games, sports items, appliances, glassware,
paintings, or any new or like new item that could be used as a prize). Please
check your closets, under the bed and in your dresser for any items you no
longer want or need.

Slice and Dice will begin on Saturday, October
10th at 9:00 AM in the Parish
Center. Bring your knife and cutting board and join in the fun. All are welcome
and what a wonderful way to volunteer.
