This five day parish and community festival is our largest single fund-raiser of the year in support of Sacred Heart Interparochial Catholic School. This year is our 38th festival and it has grown into a staff of more than 400 volunteers. Mark you calendars to help at this years festival. On behalf of the entire Parish, Father Copolla thanks everyone who comes to the church festival . . . and THANKS ALL WHO WORK SO HARD GETTING READY, WHO WORK DURING AND ALSO AFTER THE FESTIVAL! GOD BLESSES ALL OF YOU.


WE NEED YOU! WE NEED YOU!
To make this wonderful event a reality, we need volunteers! With preliminary plans in place, now is the time for you to step up and volunteer for one of the many important jobs that are needed. Volunteers and new faces are always welcomed and greatly appreciated. Please consider offering your skills and talents to our festival's wide variety of needs. Help to get the word out! Volunteers are needed in the weeks prior to the Festival to work with distributing flyers and Festival posters around town.

Donations are needed. - In past years, 100’s of items were donated and monies were raised. Help us top that! We need items for our TRY YOUR LUCK booth. Items could include gift baskets, cultural items, artwork you’ve made, bottles of wine, chocolate or other special treats? Donations may be in the form of crafts, artwork, tools, books and services. Do you have anything that you would be willing to donate? Cash donations are always appreciated. Please bring items to the Parish Office.

Bakers, we need you too! We can use your home-baked cakes or pies, plus loads of homemade cookies and brownies for our Sweet Shop. Another way to volunteer is to work at the “slice and dice” on Saturday, October 9th, beginning at 9:00 am (bring your knife and cutting board).

Volunteers are especially needed to help on these committees: Food Coordination, Entertainment, Children’s Activities/Booths, and Volunteers Coordination.

For more information on volunteering for the Fall Festival, call our festival church office at 727-541-4447. Or you can fill out a VOLUNTEER FORM and place it in the collection basket.
 

  
  Ride Tickets: Purchase the amusement ride tickets before festival and save $10.00. The ride tickets will cost $20.00 if tickets are bought individually at the festival, but if paid for in advance, you will only pay $10.00 per sheet. This is a great savings and can be taken advantage of by all. Tickets will be on sale in the Narthex of the church and at the church office and will be sent home to all school families.

Wrist Band Night(s): Purchase a wristband at the Festival and ride all night Wednesday or Thursday for $20.00 ($15.00 with coupon, a savings of $5.00). Coupons will be available in the Narthex of the church or in many stores around town.
